These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PromptPin website at https://promptpin.in and the PromptPin Android application, available on Google Play.
By accessing or using the website or the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please discontinue use of our Services.
1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions:
- “Website” refers to PromptPin (https://promptpin.in).
- “App” refers to the PromptPin Android application published on Google Play, including all updates and new versions.
- “Services” refers to the Website and the App together.
- “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to PromptPin.
- “You,” “Your,” and “User” refer to anyone accessing or using the Services.
- “Content” includes articles, tutorials, images, graphics, prompts, text, downloads, and any other materials published through the Services.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for users aged 13 and over. By using them you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that age is higher, and that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
3. Licence to use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal and non-commercial use.
This licence does not transfer ownership of anything. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Services, our servers, or our APIs.
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our Content without prior written permission.
- Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) that negatively impact the performance of the Services, or extract our prompt catalogue in bulk.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Modify the App, create derivative works from it, or redistribute it outside Google Play.
- Interfere with, block, or artificially interact with advertisements shown in the Services, including generating automated or fraudulent ad impressions or clicks.
- Circumvent any rate limit, access control, or security measure.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all Content published through PromptPin—including articles, AI prompts, graphics, logos, design, images, icons, and downloadable materials—is the intellectual property of PromptPin or its respective licensors.
You may:
- View and read our pages for personal, non-commercial use.
- Share links to our articles and prompts.
- Use individual prompts with third-party AI tools, and use the images you generate from them for your own personal or commercial projects.
You may not:
- Republish our Content without permission.
- Sell, license, or redistribute our prompts or prompt collections, whether individually or in bulk.
- Copy substantial portions of articles or prompt catalogues.
- Build or publish a competing prompt library, app, or dataset derived from our Content.
- Use our branding, logo, or graphics without written approval.
6. AI-generated content
PromptPin publishes AI prompts, tutorials, and educational content intended to help users generate images and other creative work using third-party AI tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any AI provider.
We do not guarantee:
- Specific AI-generated results.
- Accuracy or consistency of generated outputs.
- Availability or functionality of third-party AI platforms.
- That generated output will be free of third-party rights, or eligible for copyright protection in your jurisdiction.
Example images shown alongside prompts are illustrative; your own results will differ. You are solely responsible for how you use prompts and any content you generate, including ensuring that it complies with the terms of the AI tool you use and with applicable law. You must not use our prompts to create unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or deceptive material, or content that impersonates a real person without their consent.
7. Advertising and free access
The Services are provided free of charge and are funded by advertising. Advertisements inside the App are served by Google AdMob together with mediation partners including Meta Audience Network. Where advertising appears on the Website, it is served by Google AdSense. These providers may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve and measure advertisements in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Some features of the App may require you to view an advertisement before content is revealed. Any resulting “unlock” is a temporary convenience feature only: it has no monetary value, is not a purchase, is not transferable, cannot be exchanged or refunded, and may reset when the App is closed, updated, or reinstalled. We may change or discontinue this mechanism at any time.

8. Distribution through Google Play
The App is distributed through Google Play, and your use of it is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. These Terms are between you and PromptPin only. Google is not a party to them, is not responsible for the App, and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. If the App is obtained from any source other than Google Play, we cannot vouch for its integrity and these Terms do not cover it.
9. Updates and availability
We may release updates to the App and may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. Some updates may be required for the App to continue functioning, and older versions may stop working. Prompts and other Content may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
10. User comments and contributions
Some areas of the Website may allow users to post comments. By submitting comments, you confirm that:
- You own or have permission to post the content.
- Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other legal rights.
- Your content is not defamatory, abusive, hateful, obscene, or unlawful.
- Your content is not spam or misleading.
We reserve the right to remove comments at our sole discretion. By posting content, you grant PromptPin a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and publish your submissions on our Website.

PromptPin uses cookies on the Website to improve user experience and functionality. By using the Website, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Third-party links and services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services (including AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and others). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, accuracy of information, or availability. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
13. Affiliate disclosure
Some links in the Services may be affiliate links. If you purchase a product or service through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Our editorial opinions remain independent regardless of affiliate partnerships.
14. Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. 16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptPin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services, errors or omissions in Content, downtime or interruptions, loss of locally stored data, third-party websites or services, advertisements displayed, or AI-generated outputs or prompt results. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold PromptPin harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that harms us, other users, or our advertising partners. You may end this agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Website and uninstalling the App. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.
19. Hyperlinking to our Website
Organizations such as search engines, government agencies, news organizations, and online directories may link to our Website without prior written approval, provided the link is not deceptive, does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement, and fits appropriately within the linking website. We reserve the right to request removal of any links to our Website.
